Executive Power & Presence

Lead the Next Phase of Your Organization with Clear Vision, Grounded Strategy, and Confident Action

Six months of private, 1:1 executive coaching for accomplished women leaders who are ready to stop white-knuckling their way through high-stakes leadership — and start leading from a place of grounded conviction.

As a leader, you are carrying more and wondering:
how can I shoulder this weight?

You’re running an organization — or a significant part of one — and the scope of what’s on your plate has grown considerably.

More people depending on you.
More complex decisions.
More political dynamics to navigate.
More pressure to get it right, with less room for missteps.

Of course, you’re handling it. From the outside, things probably look like they’re running smoothly.

Privately, you’re:

  • Spending too long on decisions that used to come quickly

  • Lying awake replaying conversations with stakeholders, wondering if you said the right thing

  • Managing staff conflicts that drain your energy before lunch

  • Saying yes to work that isn’t yours because it’s easier than having the conversation about who should actually own it

  • Staring at a never-ending to-do list with a growing suspicion that most of it isn’t even the right work

Underneath all of that — a question you probably haven’t said out loud:

Is this really how leadership is supposed to feel at this level?

You Have Reached a Leadership Threshold

The organization grew. The role expanded. The stakes got higher.

The approach that built your career hasn’t kept pace with what’s being asked of you now.

The tools you’ve relied on — working harder, thinking faster, shouldering more — are the very things wearing you down. No amount of pushing through will close this gap.

I developed a stronger belief in myself and opened up to the incredible possibilities for my business.

“I sought out Jane’s guidance because I needed clarity on the future direction of my business and actionable strategies to bring my vision to life. Through her program, I developed a stronger belief in myself and opened up to the incredible possibilities for my business. One of the most impactful shifts was learning to release the hesitation and fear that had kept me stuck when making business decisions, allowing me to take consistent successful action with confidence, trusting in my inner wisdom and power.”

What Actually Needs to Happen

If you’ve already done a leadership program or two, you know that new frameworks don’t stick when the leader applying them is depleted, second-guessing herself, or quietly avoiding the conversations that would actually move things forward.

Strategy doesn’t hold when the person executing it is internally unsettled.

That’s the part no one talks about in executive development.

Consider:

  • The leader who spends forty-five minutes agonizing over an email to her board chair doesn’t have a communication problem. She has a confidence problem that shows up as perfectionism.

  • The leader who takes on work that belongs to her direct reports doesn’t have a delegation problem. She has an over-responsibility pattern that makes it feel unsafe to let go.

  • The leader who avoids the performance conversation she knows needs to happen doesn’t lack courage. She’s managing an internal reaction — fear of conflict, fear of being disliked, fear of destabilizing the team — that hasn’t been addressed.

In each case, adding more strategy or effort doesn’t change the behavior. Addressing what’s underneath it does.

When your inner authority is settled — when you trust your own judgment, regulate your responses under pressure, and lead from a clear sense of purpose — the external pieces fall into place with far less effort. Decisions get faster. Hard conversations get cleaner. Strategy stops being something you force and starts being something you see clearly.

This is the work that makes all the other work actually land.

Unlike traditional executive coaching that starts with external frameworks, this method starts where sustained leadership capacity actually lives: your internal compass.

This is a structured process for identifying and releasing the specific patterns — the self-doubt, the over-functioning, the emotional reactivity, the perfectionism — that are quietly limiting how you lead, and replacing them with clarity, self-trust, and grounded authority that holds under pressure.

Executive Power & Presence:
The Six-Month Experience

A private, 1:1 coaching engagement designed for one purpose: to rebuild your internal leadership capacity so that your strategy, your relationships, and your impact at the executive level become sustainable again.

The work moves through four phases using the Inner Authority Method that turn your inner clarity into decisive executive execution.

Phase 1: Design

Reconnect with the vision that should actually be guiding your leadership.

When you’re deep in daily operations — managing staff, handling crises, responding to board requests — it’s nearly impossible to step back and see the bigger picture. This phase creates that space through guided reflection and strategic inquiry.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A clear, grounded vision for where your leadership and organization need to go next — not a vague aspiration, but a direction you believe in and support as you begin to act on it

  • An honest map of the real challenges slowing your progress and the leadership skill development and inner growth needed to translate your vision into results

  • Renewed clarity after months (or years) of operating on autopilot

Phase 2: Optimize

Identify and release the internal patterns that are quietly running your leadership.

This is where the deeper work happens — and where most executive development completely misses. Even the most accomplished leaders carry patterns that create interference: over-functioning because it feels safer than delegating, second-guessing decisions after they’re made, reflexively keeping everyone comfortable when the situation calls for directness; doubting self as ready to meet these challenges. These aren’t personality flaws. They’re patterns — and they can be changed.

You’ll walk away with:

  • Confidence in your decisions that doesn’t waver when someone pushes back

  • Freedom from the overthinking and self-doubt that slow you down in high-stakes moments

  • Emotional steadiness when navigating conflict, personnel challenges, or organizational uncertainty

  • Skill development in the areas you want to expand as you identified in Phase 1

  • A felt shift in how you carry authority — less effortful, more natural

Phase 3: Synthesize

Turn your clarity into a focused executive strategy you can actually stand behind.

With your vision restored and your internal interference quieted, this phase brings everything together into a concrete plan — not a binder that sits on a shelf. A living strategy that connects your leadership priorities to organizational goals.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A customized Executive Leadership Strategic Plan built around your next 12 months

  • Clear priorities that simplify your focus — so you stop trying to do everything and start doing the right things

  • Decision-making filters that make complex choices less agonizing

Phase 4: Evolve

Put it into practice with real-time support and sustained momentum.

Strategy on paper is one thing. Executing it inside a complex organization, with real people and real constraints, is another. In this final phase, you implement your strategic plan while continuing to refine your leadership in real time. When a meeting goes sideways, we debrief it. When a staffing decision feels heavy, we work through it together. When old patterns resurface, we address them before they take hold again.

You’ll walk away with:

  • Measurable progress toward the organizational goals you set in Phase One

  • Stronger collaboration and trust across your leadership team

  • Greater confidence navigating the decisions that used to keep you up at night

  • A way of leading that actually feels sustainable, effective, and energizing

This Is For You If:

  • You’re at a leadership turning point — a bigger role, a major organizational transition, or a season where the stakes have risen considerably

  • You’ve led well for years, but the current chapter is heavier than anything you’ve navigated before

  • You’re spending more energy managing your own stress and self-doubt than you are leading your organization forward

  • You’re ready to address the internal patterns affecting your leadership — not just add more tools on top of them

This Is Not the Right Fit If:

  • You’re looking for a prescriptive leadership playbook or a step-by-step formula

  • You want someone to tell you what to do rather than help you understand yourself at a deeper level and lead from your own authority

  • You’re not open to examining the internal dynamics — the beliefs, the emotional patterns, the habits — that are shaping how you show up as a leader

  • You need a short-term tactical fix rather than a sustained shift in how you lead

...gave me a vision for the next phase of my leadership and most importantly the courage to follow what my inner wisdom was conveying to me.

“I came to Jane because I was in a huge, unplanned transition in my career and had lost my sense of direction for the next stage of my journey. Her program and her continued coaching gave me a vision for the next phase of my leadership and most importantly the courage to follow what my inner wisdom was conveying to me.
